At PROFITKART, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer returns only in specific cases where the issue is genuine and caused by us.

Eligible Return Reasons:
• Damaged or defective item
• Wrong item delivered
• Missing accessories or parts
• Product not as described
• Size or fit issues (if applicable)

Return Terms & Conditions:
• Returns are accepted only if the issue is from our side (defective product, wrong item, etc.).
• Product must not be used and should be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• A 60-second unboxing video must be recorded before opening the product.
• If no video proof is provided, return/exchange/refund will not be accepted.
• Returns are not accepted for personal care, hygiene, and innerwear items.

Return Duration:
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for eligible items.

Refund Process:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after pickup and successful quality check. Refund will be made to the original payment method.
